This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in pursuance of the case registered in F.I.R.No.2207 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and to file the final report.
2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint as against one Venkatesan and others on 15.06.2014 but the same was registered in Crime No.2207 of 2015 for the offence under sections 120(b), 406 and 420 IPC on 27.10.2015. But, till date, the final report has not been filed. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the present petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the leaned Additional public Prosecutor for the respondent

case, the respondent/ Inspector of Police, (Crime),K2, Ayanavaram Police Station, Chennai-600 023, is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.2207 of 2015 pending on his file and file a final report as early as possible.
