This application has been filed seeking to produce certified copy of the documents which are listed in the Judges Summons.

2.A perusal of the list of documents now appended would show that they are relating to the earlier proceedings in T.O.S.No.47 of 2010, O.S.No.4621 of 2010, O.S.No.3252 of 2012 and A.S.No.4 of 2022.

3.It is contended that D1 had been set ex-parte and had not participated in the judicial proceedings.

4.In the affidavit filed in support of the application, it had been contended that these documents are relevant to decide the issues in the Testamentary Original Suit.

5.Taking all the factors into consideration, this application stands allowed. The certified copies are permitted to be marked.
