PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 1st respondent in Rc.No.52238/AP IV (2) / 2016 dated 26.01.2017 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional, consequently direct the respondents to grant all attendant and other service and monetary benefits within the time stipulated by this Court.
