ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to include the petitioners name in the revenue records in respect of S.Nos.999/19 (old S.No.266), Samalapuram Village and issue patta by considering the petitioners' representations dated 02.09.2020 and 07.09.2020.

2. Heard, Mr.P.P.Shanmugasundaram, the learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioners submitted representations for issuance of patta in respect of the property comprised in survey no.999/19 situated at Samalapuram Village, Palladam Taluk. On receipt of the same, the third respondent directed the fourth respondent to conduct enquiry and send a report.

4. Considering the same, the third respondent is directed to pass orders on the applications submitted by the petitioners after receipt of report from the fourth respondent and giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and the counter parties, if any, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of report from the fourth respondent.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
