O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 28.05.2014, in respect of the sanctioning of Secondary Grade Teacher.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the grievances in relation to the grant of Secondary Grade Teacher, has not been extended to the writ petitioner, despite the fact that he is fully qualified for the said post. In this regard, he has submitted a representation to the 3rd respondent on 28.05.2014 and the same is yet to be considered.

3. Thus, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner dated 28.05.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
