ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by M.Venugopal, J) The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to remove the encroachment in S.No.17/3, Athanur Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District.

2. It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the encroachment in question is a pathway and the encroachment was removed on 20.02.2018 in S.No.17/3, Athanur Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, in the presence of the fourth respondentTahsildar, the sixth respondent-Executive Officer of Athanur Town Panchayat and the seventh respondent-Village Administrative Officer, Athanur Town Panchayat.

3. In view of the foregoing, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. While recording the factum of removal of encroachment as stated supra, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
