Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus Directing the 1 to 3 respondents to pay the heart surgery operation total amount of Rs.3,42,547 /- (Three Laks Forty Two Thousands Five Hundred and Forty Seven) as well as Rs.10,00,000/- ( Ten Lakshs) as compensation may be granted for mental torture and mental agony and all expenses and others in this regard.
