Prayer: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in pertaining to the disciplinary action taken against the petitioner commencing from the suspension order passed by the 2nd respondent herein under reference DO:RO: CM(VN):2:2016-17 dated 12.09.2016 till the charge sheet passed by the 3rd respondent herein under reference ZO/DGM (SA)-ZO/ DA:VIG:9690: 240:2017-18 dated 31.03.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent Bank to pay full wages along with other benefits to the petitioner right from 12.09.2016.

ORDER

The petitioner challenges the order passed by the respondent-Bank suspending him from service, pending departmental enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has filed a memo stating that pending consideration of the Writ Petition, an enquiry was conducted and thereafter, the petitioner has been compulsorily retired from service vide order dated 26.12.2019.

3. In the light of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 08.01.2026 Index : Yes/No Speaking order : Yes/No dna 3/5
