This application has been filed to accept the third party affidavit of Puvvada Ramanatham to verity the signature of the Testator in the Will dated 07.03.1996.

2. As seen from the affidavit filed in support of this application, both the attesting witnesses to the aforementioned Will are not available and traceable. Only in those circumstances, this application has been filed. Notice was ordered to the respondents and thereafter since notices could not be delivered, this Court by its earlier order dated 07.12.2021 permitted the applicant to effect Substituted Service by effecting Paper Publication in one issue of local daily having circulation in Andhra Pradesh for service of notice on the respondents for today's hearing. As directed by this Court, the applicant has effected Substituted Service by effecting Paper Publication in the issue of New Indian Express dated 15.12.2021. Despite the same, the respondents have not entered appearance, till date. The respondents are therefore set ex-parte in this application.

4. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and this application is allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to number the original Petition, if it is otherwise in order and post the matter before this Court.
