ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) Complaining that the petitioner's minor daughter, aged about 15 years had gone missing from his house, the petitioner/father has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
2.Pending the Habeas Corpus Petition, the first respondent Police have secured the petitioner's daughter and have produced her before us. 3.When we had interacted with the minor girl, she submitted that she is willing to reconcile with her father and live under his care and protection.
4.In view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and no further orders are required to be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.
