Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 8.4.2024 and 11.5.2024 and consider the petitioner for admission to B.Tech programme in Industrial Biotechnology course under Consortium of Industries of Anna University for the year 2024-2025 category. Heard both sides.

2. Learned counsel for the third respondent clarified that without mark sheets, the petitioner can submit her application on or before 31.5.2024 and that the mark sheets can be submitted on or before 20.07.2024. The clarification now provided before this Court should take care of the concerns of the petitioner.

3. The writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 24.05.2024 Index :
