Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the interview to be held on 14 November 2014 or on any subsequent date for the post of Village Assistant in the office of the second respondent. ORDER
The name of the petitioner was not sponsored by the Employment Exchange for appointment to the post of Village Assistant. This made the petitioner to the file writ petition for a direction to the respondents to permit her to participate in the interview scheduled to be held on 14 November 2014.
2. This Court taking into account the contention taken by the petitioner issued a direction to the second respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the interview on 14 November 2014. However there was a further direction to the second respondent not to select the petitioner until further orders.

3. There is no dispute that the petitioner was permitted to take part in the interview held on 14 November 2014. The second respondent is yet to announce the results of the selection.
4. The second respondent is directed to finalise the selection pursuant to the interview held on 14 November 2014 and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
