O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2016 and direct the second respondent to shift the TASMAC Shop No.11364 to some remote place.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2016 for shifting the TASMAC shop to some remote place, the second respondent has not passed any order so far. 3.Mr.K.Rajendra Prasad, learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law within a time frame.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
