The matter is placed before this court today on the basis of the letter dated 09.10.2025 received from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Tiruchengode through learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal and also on the basis of the letter dated 14.10.2025 received from the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in STC.No.13 of 2023, by a further period of three months.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the above said letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Tiruchengode for extension of time.

3. Accordingly, the time for the disposal of the case in STC.No.13 of 2023, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Tiruchengode, is hereby extended by three months from today. 17.12.2025 skt Note to office:- The Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Tiruchengode may be apprised of the extension of time forthwith.
