This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 19.03.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is noticed that private respondents are already in litigation in O.S.No. 157 of 2023 before the Principal Sub-Court, Dharmapuri in respect of a land dispute between them. If it is the case of petitioner that the private respondents have indulged in criminal activity during the pendency of the suit in O.S.No. 157 of 2023, it is open for the petitioner to move the criminal court under Sec.200 of Cr.P.C. Accordingly, this Writ 2/4
