This petition has been filed to extend the time for complying with the order passed in Crl.M.P. No.2840 of 2022 in Crl.O.P. No. 2078 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2078 of 2022 dated 02.02.2022 with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees fifty lakhs only) totally to the credit of Crime No.159 of 2021, Rs.20,00,000/- to be deposited immediately, Rs.5,00,000/- to be deposited within a period of one week and the remaining Rs.25,00,000/- to be deposited within a period of three months besides other conditions. He would further submit that due to his health condition and financial crisis, he could not able to mobilise the huge amount of Rs.25 lakhs. Hence, he prayed to extend the time for complying the condition. 1/3

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and four weeks time i.e. till 27.07.2022 is granted to the petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs.25,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No. 159 of 2021, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
