ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.,] Seeking a direction to the respondents to extend the period of 28 days ordinary leave granted to Rathinam (Convict Prisoner No.20221), S/o.Rengasamy by a further period of 30 days, the present petition has been filed.
2. Heard both sides.
3. We are satisfied with the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. The ordinary leave granted to the convict Rathinam (Convict Prisoner No.20221), S/o.Rengasamy shall stand extended by 15 days from 29.05.2024 on the same conditions imposed vide order dated 25.04.2024. The convict shall surrender before the jail authority on 13.06.2024 before 10.00 a.m.
