2. The petitioner is the Managing Trustee of the Charitable Trust. He has given a representation seeking permission to take care of the petition mentioned plants and trees. The 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's request and pass appropriate orders on merits. It shall be done by the 1st respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter. The decision is left to the discretion of the 1st respondent.
