ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to take appropriate legal action and register a FIR on a complaint given by the defacto complainant/petitioner pending in CSIR C.No.94/AC EDF-1/CCB/Gel/2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Team II, Central Crime Branch, Vepery, Chennai - 600 007. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The contention of the petitioner is that after receipt of the complaint of the petitioner, enquiry notice was issued on 01.10.2020 and thereafter nothing happened. Hence he filed this Criminal Original Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that in this case, on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner , enquiry was conducted and the case has been closed finding that it is civil in nature. Further the closure report has also been sent to the petitioner on 27.11.2020. The postal acknowledgement receipt is also produced.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not receiving the closure report. The petitioner has to approach the respondent police and to seek the copy of the report.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
