This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner/husband to to set aside the order made in Cr.M.P.No.12 of 2022 in F.C.M.C.No.33 of 2017 dated 27.03.2023 made by the learned Family Court Judge, Chengalpat.

2. When the matter came up before this Court on 10.03.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner.

3. This case is related to maintenance. Despite sufficient opportunity was given, even today (24.03.2025), the petitioner's counsel is not interested to prosecute the case.
