: Respondent Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to appoint the authorised agent of the Applicant viz., Mr.Rana Saleem as Receiver to seize and take possession of the vehicle which is more fully described in the schedule to the judges summons which is lying in the custody of respondent or respondent's men, agents, servants, from respondent premises or wherever found with the police aid and break open of premises if necessary.

Earlier on 29.01.2018, this Court had appointed one Mr.Rana Saleem as a Receiver to seize and take possession of the vehicle in question. It is stated that an award was passed as early as on 03.07.2018.

2. Today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the applicant that despite the best efforts of the Receiver, the vehicle could not be re-possessed.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement, this application is closed.
