O R D E R

Claiming a share to the property, which has been sold in favour of the respondent no.5 and alleging that patta has been wrongly transferred, over looking the said claim, an appeal was made by the petitioner to the respondent no.3. The respondent no.3, in and by the proceedings dated 19.01.2015, made a recommendation to the respondent no.2. As no further action is forthcoming, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above said facts, the respondent no.2 is directed to pass appropriate final orders on the recommendation of the respondent no.3 in Ref.No.Mu.Mu.A4/6159/2013 dated 19.01.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents.
