Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned summon issued by the 1st respondent in his proceedings ARC No.1/2014-15 dated 06.11.2014 and quash the same.

O R D E R
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to quash the order passed by the first respondent in proceedings bearing ARC No.1/2014-2015 dated 06.11.2014.
2.The main contention of the writ petitioner is that the close relative of the elected President was appointed as an employee of the second respondent Co-operative society, which is prohibited under Rule 63 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules.
3.However, the President is not functioning as of now and fresh elections were conducted and the grounds raised in this writ petition is not in existence for consideration as of now. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
However, if any grievance is existed any further, it is left open to the writ petitioner to adjudicate the same in the manner known to law.
