The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner made on 06.08.2015 and to issue a passport in the correct name of his wife.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. Learned counsel for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondents submitted that the petitioner was asked to attend an enquiry, however without attending the enquiry and even without producing the relevant records before the respondents, he has rushed to this Court by filing the present writ petition.

3. Considering the above facts and the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents, the petitioner is directed to appear for enquiry before the respondents along with relevant documents, pursuant to the notice on 25.01.2016. On such appearance, the respondents shall proceed further.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
