The present writ miscellaneous petition has been taken out by the State to condone the delay of 1160 days in filing the above Review Application SR No.64726 of 2021, against the order dated 27.3.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.7122 of 2018.

2. This Court is not inclined to entertain the writ miscellaneous petition seeking to condone the huge and unexplained delay of 1160 days, as sufficient cause has not been proved in the application. Therefore, the writ miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.

3. Post the Contempt Petition No.383 of 2021 after two weeks 'for reporting compliance'.
