ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute of the petitioner in utilizing the common path way on the North to South 263 feet, East to West 15 feet in Part of Survey Nos.16 and 25 situated at New Gummudipoondi Village, Gummudipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District, pending disposal of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the suit in O.S.No.53 of 2015 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Ponneri.

2. Heard both sides and perused the records.

3. Admittedly, with respect to the dispute between the parties, a suit in O.S.No.53 of 2015 is pending before the learned District Munsif, Ponneri. If the petitioner is having any grievance with any party, it is for him to approach the civil court concerned for appropriate relief. Hence, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
