This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an FIR based on the complaint dated 07.09.2020 made by the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner he was issued C.S.R.No.139 of 2020, since the allegations related to the land between the petitioner and the counter party. The complaint has been referred before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruppur for initiating the proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C., and it is now pending on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruppur.

3. Recorded the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
