2. The Registry raised an objection regarding the maintainability of the writ petition. It is felt that the case should be filed only before the Tribunal, since it is only a request regarding pension, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter and the issue is left to the discretion of the respondents.
