It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent-Police that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

2. In view of the abovesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the respondent-Police is directed to give a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, to enable the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
