Agricultural in the academic year 2017-2021 and issue petitioner's College Identity Card.

O R D E R
The petitioner has come before this Court for issuance of a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to approve petitioner's admission for BSc Agriculture in the academic year 2017-2021 and issue petitioner's college identity card.
2.The petitioner has been allotted seat by the 1st respondent in the 3rd respondent college. However, the petitioner joined on his own in the 2nd respondent college and intends to remain in the 2nd respondent college. 3.Mr.Adhitya, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent has got no objection for retention of the petitioner in the 2nd respondent college.
4.Mr.Vijay, learned counsel representing Mr.Abdul Saleem learned counsel appearing for 1st respondent would submit that if the petitioner's admission is approved in the 2nd respondent college, it will exceed the sanctioned strength. However, Mr.Arokiadoss, learned counsel would submit that the petitioner would come under management quota and got admitted within the sanctioned limit and the petitioner has joined and there will not be any problem for the Government to approve the petitioner's admission.
5.Heard Mr.P.S.Raman, Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Abdul Saleem, learned counsel appearing for 1st respondent, Mr.Arokiadass, learned counsel representing for M/s.Dass & Viswa, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent and Mr.Adhitya, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent. 6.Since the petitioner has already joined the 2nd respondent college and continuing her studies, the 1st respondent is directed to approve the admission of the petitioner in the 2nd respondent college.
7.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
