ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents herein to produce her minor daughter viz. A.Kala, now aged about 17 years and 1 month, before this Court from the custody of the third respondent and hand over the custody to her. 2.

The detenue has been produced before this Court. She is a child aged about 17 years and one month. Her mother is also present before this Court. Though the detenue was not examined in detail, the facts leading to the filing of this petition is that the detenue has left the custody of her mother, but, now she has expressed her willingness to go with her mother.

We have also advised the detenue that it will only be appropriate to go back to her mother. The mother of the detenue, who is present before this Court, has taken her in custody. 4.
