Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of interim stay, staying all further proceedings of the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Rc.No.1789/2015/C2, dated 27.04.2015 (in WMP.No.29471/2016) pending disposal of the above WP.No.34140/2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Ms. T. GIRIJA, ADDITIONAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present Miscellaneous Petition cannot be considered at this stage for the reason that the writ petitioner is challenging the termination order passed by the respondent.
