ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the condition for executing two sureties made in Crl.O.P.No.8515 of 2020, dated 11.06.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that when the petitioner approached the learned Juidical Magistrate, Uthiramerur on 21.09.2020 for executing the sureties, the concerned learned Judge was on leave on the said date. Therefore, the petitioner was unable to execute the sureties. Hence, he seeks for extension of time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court within a period of two weeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the date on which the order copy made ready.
