(CRIME NO.669/2018) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., first day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 27.12.2018 made in Crl.M.P.No.17998/2018 in Crl.O.P.No.24120/2018 and thus render justice Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MR. C.RAMKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 27.12.2018, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.
2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 27.12.2018 alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
