O R D E R
The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct to the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint dated 08.09.2015.
2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Sekar alleging that the said Sekar by threatening the petitioner grabbed jewels, cash and vehicles from the petitioner. Though the said complaint was lodged on 08.09.2015, no action was taken on the said complaint till date. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present Criminal Original Petition.
3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the second respondent has assigned C.S.R.231 of 2015 on the said complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and the said complaint is pending for enquiry. He further submitted that a complaint was lodged by the counter petitioner Sekar before Natrampalli Police Station and the said complaint is pending in C.S.R.No.280 of 2015 before Natrampalli Police Station.

In view of the submissions made on either side, this court directs the Inspector of Police, Natrampalli Police Station to forward the complaint given by one Sekar in C.S.R.No.280 of 2015 to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.09.2015 in C.S.R.No.231 of 2015 and the complaint given by the counter petitioner in C.S.R.No.280 of 2015 and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law.
6. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
