O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to register the complaint dated 17.09.2015 on the file of Inspector of Police, Annadhanapatty Police Station Salem, Salem District and take appropriate action against the alleged accused persons in the representation.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint as against one Balaji stating that the petitioner was the owner of a Silver Shop. He appointed the said Balaji to work in his silver shop and before appointing Balaji, he gave an advance amount of Rs.60,000/- to him. After receiving the amount, as he did not turn up for work, the petitioner asked to repay the amount from the said Balaji. But the said Balaji refused to repay the amount and also threatened him with dire consequences. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the allegation made in the complaint does not constitute cognizable offence, thus he opposed for granting direction.

4. From the facts and circumstances of the case, I find that the complaint lodged by the petitioner has been assigned in C.S.R.No.473 of 2015. Hence, this Court directs the respondent to conduct enquiry in C.S.R.No.473 of 2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible.

5. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
