This petition has been filed to restore the above Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.No. 6941 of 2022 which was dismissed for non prosecution, by an order dated 16.06.2022.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that he was held up in other Court. Therefore, he could not attend the Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and being satisfied with the reason set out in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

4. Accordingly this petition is allowed and the Crl. O.P.No.6941 of 2022 is directed to be restored to file.
