O R D E R

In C.M.P.No.13067 of 2019 in A.S.No.463 of 2019, on 17.07.2019, an order of interim stay was granted till 14.08.2019. Subsequently, by order dated 20.08.2019, the said interim order was extended till 09.09.2019. Thereafter, by order dated 19.09.2019, it was extended until further orders. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this petition is ordered accordingly. 2.

In C.M.P.No.13339 of 2019 in A.S.No.473 of 2019, only notice was ordered on 17.07.2019. Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date, without any order. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time and hence, the same stands closed.
