ORDER

With the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken on board today.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents not to suspend the petitioner. But during the pendency of the matter, an order was passed by the first respondent on 25.9.2015 suspending the petitioner and he has challenged the said order in the subsequent Writ Petition No.39050 of 2015, which is admittedly pending. Hence he submitted that nothing survives in this writ petition and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. The learned senior counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 also does not dispute the said contention.

4. Since the petitioner has challenged the order of suspension passed by the first respondent dated 25.9.2015 in the subsequent Writ Petition No.39050 of 2015 and the same is pending, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.1 & 2 of 2015 are also dismissed. No costs.
