Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the conditions imposed in para 7 (c ) in Crl.O.P.No.11338 of 2020 dated 30.07.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11338 of 2020 dated 30.07.2020, the the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11338 of 2020 dated 30.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every Month until further orders. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
