Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 417 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2023, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is not an accused in this Crime No.Not Known and she is not wanted for arrest by the respondent police.

3. The said statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) is recorded and accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
