O R D E R
The challenge in this writ petition is to the order, dated 18 April 2012 in O.A.No.1216 of 2010, whereby and where under, the Central Administrative Tribunal allowed the Original Application, by directing the respondents to redo the exercise by taking into account the rotational principle as per the Recruitment Rules 1996. The petitioners were not parties to the original application. Since the order in question would affect the interest of the petitioners, they filed the present writ petition, after taking leave.
2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners, by placing reliance on the order dated 9 October 2014 in W.P.No.4112 of 2012 submitted that nothing survives for adjudication, in view of the order passed by this Court setting aside the order in O.A.No.1216 of 2010.
3. In view of the subsequent events indicated above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
No costs.
