ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the proposal for acquisition of the subject agricultural lands for the purpose of laying the bye-pass road is deleted.

3. In the light of that, the grievance of the petitioner does not subsist. The writ petition, as such, stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.17855 of 2018 is closed. (S.V.G., CJ.) (P.D.A., J.) 11.08.2023 Index :
