(CRIME NO.49/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition 7(c) the petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioners Crl.OP.10795/2022 dated 06.05.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S V.ILLANCHEZIAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.10795 of 2022 on 06.05.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
