O R D E R

This writ Petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 27.08.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for the removal of the names of the 4th and 5th respondents from the revenue records.

2. Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 2nd respondent has already called the parties for an enquiry on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

12.10.2020 at 3 p.m.. Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of the enquiry along with all relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the parties for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to give sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 at the time of enquiry and pass orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
