O R D E R

Claiming to be an agreement holder with the private respondent, the petitioner made a representation to the official respondents viz., respondent nos.1 & 2 on 15.09.2015 asking them not to register any document at the instance of the said private respondent. Seeking a direction to the respondent no.1 not to entertain any registration at the instance of the respondent no.3, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.This Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. If the petitioner has got any grievance against the respondent no.3, he has to approach the jurisdictional Civil Court, being an agreement holder, if so advised. A statutory authority cannot be prevented from exercising his duty and he is also not concerned with the inter-se dispute between the private parties.

3.In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court. No costs.
