O R D E R

Petitioner has filed this revision seeking a direction to learned Family Judge, Salem to dispose of F.C.O.P.No.257 of 2013, within a stipulated time.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that respondent/wife, who had willfully protracted the proceedings, had been set exparte and thereafter, moved an application for setting aside the said exparte order on the last day of limitation and seeks a direction for early disposal of FCOP 257 of 2013.

4. A perusal of the adjudication proceedings informs that much delay has been occasioned even in I.A.No.554 of 2015, which sought setting aside the exparte order against the respondent and the allegation that respondent contributed to the delay is not totally unfounded. In the circumstances, this Court directs learned Family Judge, Salem, to dispose of F.C.O.P.No.257 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than four months from the date of receipt of this order.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
