This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's land with Computer Chitta register in the Revenue Records and issue patta to the petitioner by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 21.01.2020 in accordance with law. ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 21.01.2020, wherein the petitioner has requested to survey the petitioner's land and to issue patta.

Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has already been taken on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

file and enquiry has been fixed on 09.10.2020 at 11.00 a.m. Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present along with all the relevant documents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondents have already taken the representation made by the petitioner on file and fixed the date for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall also make a formal online application to the third respondent in this regard. 4.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
