When the case was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Writ Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Miscellaneous Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
