ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 14.07.2020 and to pass orders within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent has already taken the representation made by the petitioner on file and orders will be passed by the 4th respondent within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner on 14.07.2020, strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
